    Fire-safe foams

    Foam that will not catch fire. Certified to EN 45545 HL3 — the standard Europe’s railways demand. Riding on Vande Bharat seats today.

    High-resilience formulations that hold their shape across millions of cycles without compression set. Fire retardant by formulation, not by coating.

  2. 02

    Silicone foam

    No other company in India makes this. Heat shields, gaskets and battery-pack seals that work from −50°C to 250°C.

    Open cell and closed cell. High compression-set resistance, low toxic gas emission. Certified to UL 94 V-0 and EN 45545 R21 HL3.

    Rubber & bonded parts

    Our first product, in 1968, was an oil seal. We still make them — plus the mounts, bushings and dampers that keep engines quiet.

    We cut this seal open so you can see the spring inside — something no photograph can show you.

    Composite insulators

    They hold power lines up and never shatter like ceramic. One of only three companies in India that can make them.

    Excellent resistance to weathering and pollution, high mechanical strength and load stability. Tested in-house to IEC 61109.
