Testing

Every component leaves with test data.

Not a certificate. Data. Most manufacturers send components to a third-party lab and wait. We do not. Fire, electrical, mechanical and foam testing all happen on site, to international standards, on our own equipment.

  • Foam lab

    Foam testing

    Density, compression set, indentation hardness, humidity ageing, tear strength, comfort factor, dynamic and shear fatigue, resilience, and pressure mapping across the whole cushion.

  • Electrical lab

    Electrical testing

    Breakdown voltage to 200 kV, megaohm metering, DC volume resistivity, tracking and erosion, dielectric strength, arc resistance, impulse and wet power frequency tests.

  • Polymer lab

    Polymer testing

    Rheometer, tensile and tear, compression set, ageing ovens to 350°C, UV weathering, abrasion, hardness by Shore A, Rockwell and Barcol, UTM to 400 kN.

In-house engineering

From a drawing to a finished part

Every step of the tooling process happens under one roof — accuracy, speed and full control.

  • 01

    Injection moulding

    Rubber injection moulding for precision, high-repeatability parts. Compression, transfer, injection and vacuum compression moulding. Polymers include NR, NBR, EPDM, polychloroprene, TPE, FKM, FFKM and silicone.

  • 02

    Metal fabrication

    Cutting, forming, bending and welding of structural components for railway seating, automotive thermal management and industry. Dedicated press shop since 2015. Seat and berth frames to tight dimensional tolerances.

  • 03

    CNC precision tool room

    CNC lathes and 4-axis milling, EDM and wire-cut EDM for intricate cavity machining, surface grinders, tool and cutter grinders, plus dedicated polishing and deburring.

  • 04

    CAD / CAM & mould design

    Accurate 2D and 3D models engineered to real manufacturing requirements, supported by mould-flow analysis. Siemens NX and SolidWorks, concept through to production-ready tools.

  • 05

    Rapid prototyping

    Functional prototypes by 3D printing, so design problems are found and fixed at the prototype stage — not in production.

  • 06

    The bonding line

    India’s first fully automated thermal bonding line. 22,000 sq ft, up to 3.2 m wide, 200 to 4000 gsm. Machines do not have bad days — cushion number 10,000 matches cushion number one.
